Does the speed of our internet affect sleep?

Can access to high-speed internet have a negative impact on sleeping habits? Researchers have now found that people with high-speed internet access (so-called high-speed internet) are more likely to suffer from sleep problems.

In their current study, the scientists at Bocconi University found that access to high-speed Internet reduces sleep duration and sleep satisfaction in people who are faced with time constraints in the morning for work or family reasons.
